Blended CPR for the Community and Workplace – Online course with in-person skills test.  Certification for childcare providers, coaches, teachers, fitness instructors and the general public (NOT healthcare providers).  2-year certification through HSI covering adult/pediatric/AED.  Meets all national guidelines for layperson CPR training.  

*Skills testing is required by the state and takes place at Central Ohio CPR, 6260 Huntley Road, Columbus, OH.   Courses must be completed in full before attending the date and time you register for. 

*Courses are date driven and cannot be transferred to an alternate date once registered and released and are nonrefundable.

*Payment is required at the time of registration to receive your online link portion.  Allow 24 hours to be released, via an email from HSI (Health Safety Institute)

*Once the online link is released, a full refund cannot be issued.  Refunds are issued at 1/2 fee for all cancellations, no-shows, and incomplete courses.
