Blended Combo Course – CPR for the Community and Workplace and Basic First Aid: Online course with required in-person skills test for childcare providers, coaches, teachers, fitness instructors and the general public (NOT healthcare providers). 2 year certification. Includes Adult/Pediatric/AED. Meets all national and state guidelines for layperson CPR and BFA training, including childcare providers.

*Skills testing is required by the state and takes place at Central Ohio CPR, 6260 Huntley Road, Columbus, OH. Courses must be completed in full before attending your date and time you register for.

*Courses are date driven and can not be transferred to an alternate date once registered and released and are nonrefundable.

*Payment is required at the time of registration to receive your online link portion. Allow 24 hours to be released, via an email from HSI (Health Safety Institute)

*Once the online link is released, a full refund can not be issued. Refunds are issued at 1/2 fee for all cancellations, no-shows, and incomplete courses.
