General Fees and Payment Policies
Central Ohio strives to maintain the up most quality training at the best possible cost to our clients. Payment may be made at the time of registration or brought to class with you. We accept cash or credit cards and business checks - NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED
Standard Cancellation Policy : A 24 hour notice is required to cancel a class. If proper notice is not given, a penalty of 1/2 the class fee will be charged. We often have full classes and need advance notice for the wait list. If you need to cancel, notify us via email at email@example.com.
Blended Course Policy : Standard cancellation policy applies as above. In addition, if the course is opened, we can only refund half the fee regardless of how far in advance you cancel. Also, due to the online portion being linked to a specific skills date, we can not change your date once your course is opened.
If you need to make a payment for a previous registration or outstanding balance, give us a call. We will need the class type, class date, student name, registration number, and credit card number to process the payment.
