

Cancellation Policy
If you find it necessary to reschedule a class, notify us as soon as possible prior to the start of class. We will work with you to transfer to another convenient date.
Classroom Policy
Children are not permitted in the classrooms at any time.
Texting and cell phone usage is prohibited in class at all times.
Excessive talking or disruptive behavior will result in dismissal at the instructors’ descretion. Refunds are not given for such circumstances.
Group Cancellation Policy
If you find it necessary to cancel a class that has been booked for your specific group, let us know as soon as possible. If notice is less than 48 hours before the class start time, we will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the minimum charge of the class to cover the fees of equipment and instructors that are setup in advance of your class. This also applies to members of the group that do not give proper notice of cancellations, as the instructors are scheduled and paid in advance of your class as determined by your number attending.
Privacy Policy
Central Ohio CPR LLC uses its best efforts to respect and protect the privacy of our students. We will not share any of your personal information with third parties. Names, addresses and email information is only used to verify courses taken and to send renewal notices for your recertification classes. It is never made public nor used in any other way.
Replacement / Duplicate Forms Policy
You will need to submit a written request to have a duplicate cards and forms issued. There is a $5.00 replacement fee per class. Submit your request with your full name, current address, a phone number to contact you at if we have any questions, and the $5 fee (cash or check) to the the address listed above. After we verify your class information, replacement paperwork will be mailed within a couple days to the address you provide.
