CPR / BLS

The American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider Course teaches CPR skills for helping victims of all ages (including ventilation with a barrier device, a bag-valve mask device, and oxygen); use of an automated external defibrillator (AED); and relief of a foreign body airway obstruction (FBAO).
This course includes adult, child and infant, as well as AED training and provides a 2 year certification.
Initials and Renewals are combined into the same class, as guidelines continually are changing.
The course cost is $50. Course books may be purchased at the time of class for $15. Classroom copies will be available for your usage during class at no additional cost.
Intended Audience: Healthcare providers, such as physicians, nurses, paramedics, emergency medical technicians, respiratory therapists, physical & occupational therapists, physicians assistants, residents or fellows, or medical or nursing students in training, aides, medical or nursing assistants, fire fighters & police officers and other allied health personnel.
