What is the difference between 4 and 6 hour Basic First Aid ?
The material is the same for both classes, with the 6 hour having more practicals. The 4 hour course provides a 2 year certification and the 6 hour course provides a 3 year certificaion. Both courses cover adult and pediatric care.
For those in childcare, regulated by ODJFS, the 4 hour course may be taken as a recert for a 3 year certifcation. We will ask at the start of class if you are in childcare.

You will need to contact your ODJFS liscensing specialist to determine this. They will direct you, according to your expiration dates. We do not make those decisions.
Do you offer any recert classes for CPR ?
We offer the same class whether you are new to CPR or have taken it many times, as the guidelines continually are changing. This assures the most up-to-date information.
